Post transition live events...
So, I haven't given up on the game yet. I find I'm enjoying it more now that logging on works for me again. I missed a lot of the Assassin event due to being too busy to put enough time in, but the parts I was able to play I enjoyed. Any other responses to live events, Sony style?

Live Event feedback

Dibol from Syntax reporting in. IMHO, the Live Event gets a D due to the fact that the event was a freaking crash and lag fest. The lag is normally understandable in events like Choices & Consequence (the one involving Neurophyte), but the Death of a Destroyer was just inexcusable.

Factors attributing to event:

- LET makes everyone crash including themselves (as in there's three hundred redpills in the same room as Niobe in Jacob's Ladder. There were also other reports of Oracle and Seraph making everyone crashing). I heard that one LET Assassin crashed on one of the three servers.

- Servers were obviously *NOT* stress-tested *AT ALL.* This is what happens when you do a server merge like this.

- Reward system was messed up regarding the Assassin mask. Someone from the MXO boards said it best. "It's like congratulating the person who hammered the last nail in instead of the entire construction team building a house."

- Corrupted interfering with rookie players running missions (stressful for the people playing for the first time).

- Less LET interaction (as in they type in their scripted lines and just leave.)

I hope my private message to Walrus is being read.

Re: Live Event feedback

This is the general response I've gotten from most of the folks who played the event :-\ At this point it feels like the only reasons I'm still playing are because I like my faction and I enjoy the franchise. I'm not sure if it's worth $15/month.
